Depending on the department, you will work on real-world projects and tasks within your chosen team – ranging from data analysis and document drafting, to involvement in operational processes, reporting, or internal communication activities. You will directly apply the theory learned at university.
Absolutely! At our Head Office, we have many support roles (HR, IT, Finance, etc.) that don't require a background in pharmacy, but give you the chance to learn how a leading pharmaceutical company operates from the inside.
Yes, you need to provide all the documents required by your university (internship agreement, logbook, etc.). The Dr. Max team will assist you in filling out and signing them in a timely manner.
At the end of your internship, your mentor will complete an official evaluation based on your university's requirements (including signing your logbook and, if applicable, providing an evaluation report). Additionally, you will receive personalized feedback on your performance, highlighting your strengths and offering recommendations for your professional development. This process is highly formative and designed to help you better understand your true potential.
Yes! If there is a good mutual fit and open positions are available, interns may be considered for entry-level roles or extended internship programs within the company.

Practice program confirmation and document collection
Once the location and timeframe are set, you will receive all the administrative details (required university documents, practice program agreement, your mentor's name, etc.)
Starting off your practice program at headquarters
On your first day of the practice program, you will meet your team and mentor, go through a brief onboarding session, and be introduced to the practice program's objectives and expectations.
Hands-on involvement in real-world tasks
You will contribute to your department's specific daily activities, work alongside experienced professionals, and apply the knowledge gained during your studies to real-world tasks.
Evaluation & future opportunities
At the end of your practice program, you will complete a feedback form and have the option to be contacted for future opportunities or entry-level roles within the company.

Alegerea departamentului și discuție preliminară
După analizarea aplicației, vei fi contactat development un reprezentant Dr. Max pentru a discuta despre disponibilitatea stagiului în departamentul ales și detalii privind perioada development practică.
Confirmarea stagiului și colectarea documentelor
După ce se stabilește locul și perioada desfășurării, vei primi toate informațiile administrative (documente necesare development la facultate, contract development practică, numele mentorului etc.).
